Welcome to ToyFactory UK (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Shipping Policy explains how we ship your orders, what delivery options and fees apply, estimated delivery times, and what to do if there are any issues. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed (unless otherwise stated).

  • Business days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

  • Orders placed after our daily cutoff time (for example 3 pm) may be processed on the next business day.

  • During busy periods (sales campaigns, holidays) processing can take longer — we will update you if we expect delays.

3. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland).

  • If you are outside the UK and wish to order, please contact us to check availability, shipping costs and any customs/import duties.

  • For non-UK destinations, additional charges, longer delivery times and import duties may apply.

4. Shipping Options & Costs

  • We offer several shipping options at checkout (standard, expedited).

  • Standard UK shipping: delivery typically within 3-5 business days after dispatch.

  • Expedited UK shipping (where offered): delivery typically within 1-2 business days after dispatch (for UK mainland only, subject to postcode restrictions).

  • Shipping cost depends on the size/weight of your order and your delivery address. Some orders may qualify for free standard UK shipping — please check the specific offer or checkout page for current threshold.

  • For remote UK postcodes (e.g., certain Scottish Highlands, islands) delivery may take longer and additional surcharge may apply.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website (if provided).

  • You can use this tracking information to follow your parcel’s progress.

  • If you do not receive a tracking number or your parcel appears delayed, please contact us with your order number.

7. Delivery Issues & Failed Deliveries

  • Please ensure that the delivery address you give is complete and correct. We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address input by the customer.

  • If a courier attempts delivery and you are unavailable (and the parcel is returned to us) we will contact you to arrange redelivery or collection. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

  • If the parcel is visibly damaged on arrival, you should refuse delivery or note damage when accepting the parcel. Then please contact us immediately.

  • We aim to deliver to the address you provided — if you wish to redirect an order after dispatch, additional fees may apply and we cannot guarantee times.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for non-UK deliveries)

  • If we ship outside the UK (or you import goods into a country other than the UK) you may be liable for customs duties, taxes, import VAT or other charges. These are the recipient’s responsibility.

  • The delivery time may be extended by customs clearance delays.

  • Please check with your local customs authority for more information before ordering.

9. Returns & Exchanges (Related to Shipping)

  • This policy covers shipping of your purchase. Please see our separate Returns & Refunds Policy for how to return or exchange items.

  • If you return an item, you may be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

  • If we arrange return collection, shipping charges may apply or may be deducted from any refund, as per our Returns Policy.

10. Order Cancellation & Amendments

  • If you wish to amend or cancel your order (change address, add/remove items), please contact us as soon as possible quoting your order number. If your order has not yet been dispatched we may be able to accommodate your request; once dispatch has taken place we cannot guarantee changes and you may need to arrange a return once delivered.

  • If you cancel after dispatch you may incur return shipping costs.

  • We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to orders placed after the date of change. Please check this policy regularly to stay informed.
